Order Status

Look for your Invoice ID number on your payment confirmation and you can check where your controller order is in the queue. I am an a one man operation, so please be patient. Orders are completed in the order received, unless I am waiting for a particular part to arrive.

You can also email me at retro@cyberphreak.com with special requests.

There are 18 controllers in the queue as of September 9th, 2026! Thanks for the all orders, wow. Just finished 4 IntelliVision and more orders rolled in. I am working on a large batch of 5200 controller parts so I can crank through them as fast as I can. After that, I will knock out the Marathon controllers for the Sprint, then clearing out the remaining IntelliVision True 16.

It is getting a little hard to keep up with all the projected shipped dates. I updated a column on the spreadsheet to keep better tack of what needs to get on the CNC next. The order looks a little odd, but the method to my madness is I am going to cut all the Atari 5200, then Marathon, and Finish up with the IntelliVision.

My goal is to get a controller a day done for the rest of September to clear out the backlog. I will change all my quantities back to what I can build on hand then, along with releasing 4 new controllers this year.

    Hello,

First, I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you’re doing a little better now that some time has passed. I lost someone close to me last year, and even though it wasn’t unexpected, I know that grief has a way of returning when you least expect it. Wishing you all the best during this difficult time.

I was wondering if you could let me know whether my order (Order #2184 for a Sprint LHS controller) is any closer to shipping than it was at the time of the last update above. There’s absolutely no rush, of course.

I also wanted to say that it was really fun to see the recent video you posted of the LHS. Thank you for sharing it!

I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you whenever you have a chance.

      Steve,
I am working through orders now, thank you for the well wishes, as a little behind the curtain, I like working on one product type at a time, IntelliVision True 16, Sprint, or Atari 5200 True analog. Right now I am working on a batch of Int True 16’s, next up will be a batch of the Marathons (Which your order is for) then back to Atari. The Sprint controllers are actually the quickest for me to build, so I use them as a break between the harder controllers 🙂 A week or two, I would guess, with my CNC getting a workout this week. The orders keep pouring in. I need to update this page this afternoon.
